Move with Purpose, Train with Passion

Born and raised in New York, my love for fitness started early. I wasn’t on a sports team, but that never stopped me from training alongside the athletes. In high school, I explored karate, weightlifting, and step dancing—anything that kept me moving and challenged me to grow. Back then, I thrived on proving people wrong. Now, my motivation comes from helping others see their own strength.

Fitness is more than just looking good—it’s about confidence, self-determination, and becoming a stronger version of yourself, both mentally and physically. It’s about showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it, because 20% effort is always better than none.

My journey as a trainer started while I was earning my Associate’s Degree in Health & Education. As a home health aide, I worked closely with my Fab Over 50 clients, designing routines that helped them build strength and independence. Their resilience inspired me, and I realized the gym was missing a space for them. Who was going to train them? Who would help them feel empowered? I decided that person was me.

That passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, where I fell in love with studying the human body and its incredible potential. Since then, I’ve expanded my training to work with all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels, specializing in pre- and postnatal personal training and completing doula training with the Northern Manhattan Prenatal Partnership to better serve new and expecting mothers.

My experience includes six years as a volunteer instructor with Shape Up NYC, followed by two years as a personal trainer at Blink Fitness, where I helped people of all fitness levels build strength and confidence.

When I’m not training, you’ll find me doing yoga, swimming, lifting, or indulging in my love for arts and crafts—especially hat and candle making!

Wherever you are in your fitness journey, I’m here to help you move with purpose and train with passion.

This version keeps your story but makes it more streamlined and motivational. Let me know what you think!
